The Event

A dynamic and prosperous country, Canada offers numerous opportunities for UK companies to win lucrative business and expand. Strong cultural, historical and linguistic links with the UK, similar legal and business practices and consistent economic growth make Canada a key market.
The British American Business Council (BABC) Midlands will host a seminar detailing opportunities for UK exporters and potential investors. There will be a market overview from the UK Trade & Investment Toronto team to include detailed information on sector opportunities as well as a chance to hear how the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) will affect UK companies exporting to the market.
There will also be a chance to hear about opportunities in the Canadian provinces from key personnel from the High Commission of Canada to include Nark Richardson, Counsellor and Senior Trade Commissioner, High Commission of Canada to the UK. Representatives from Ontario, Alberta, Quebec and British Columbia will also be participating.
