The National Black Women’s Network (NBWN), in association with NatWest Business Banking are holding a FREE conference on Wednesday, 7 October 2015 from 09:30 to 16:30.

Love Business, Love Growth is the over-arching theme of this inspiring Women In Business Conference. Here you can join other like-minded entrepreneurs, micropreneurs, industry professionals and business experts from small-to-medium enterprises from across the West Midlands and beyond. We’re bringing together some of the most successful industry leaders with some award-winning specialists in their respective fields who all share two things; a passion for business and a desire to help other people, like you, to succeed.

The conference will feature three highly interactive sessions

  • Building and Maintaining Business Innovation and Leadership’’, with presentations from Wade Lynn CBE, Cleone Foods Ltd; Professor Monder Ram OBE, Director at the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME) and other business game changers who will address the common challenges business owners face when striving forsuccess and provide award winning solutions.
  • “Raising the Bar” panel, led by award-winning Manjit Kang, NatWest’s Diversity Manager, who will share powerful insights, strategies and information about what it takes to increase the growth of your business now, and long into the future.
  • Final panel, entitled “Business Disrupted’” will see Martin Levermore CBE, the CEO of Medical Devices Technology International, and his highly acclaimed fellow panellists discuss the key factors for those seeking to break out and seek a new business path.

In the adjoining UNConference Zone the attendees will hear stimulating workshops over lunch from Angela Small Conscious Vibes Magazine, Expo and Beauty Pageant and Laura Morrison, Principal Coach and Managing Director, the GameChanger Consultancy Ltd; whilst making use of the exhibitions and networking areas
