In light of the Open Innovation Lab week hosted by Innovation Birmingham from 24th – 30th September, Climate-KIC will launch the Accelerator Innovation and Sustainability Conference giving and insight into innovation and sustainability. The conference is to be held at Innovation Birmingham Ltd on 23rd September as part of the Climate-KIC’s business incubator programme. The event is free for all to attend, however, participants will need to register to take part by following the link here.

The event on the 23rd will also feature a keynote presentation from built environment innovator Rachel Armstrong, a Newcastle University professor of Experimental Architecture.

Innovation Birmingham and Birmingham City University which are hosting the event are encouraging representatives from businesses across the West Midlands who would like to work with low carbon start-ups to take part in the event ti create a more sustainable, economically-friendly working environment.
