A psychological perspective on appetite

CENS conferenceDr Suzanne Higgs, Reader in the Psychobiology of Appetite at the University of Birmingham, has been invited to give a presentation on “A psychological perspective on appetite” at the renowned culinary school, Institut Paul Bocuse, in Birmingham’s partner city of Lyon.

Dr Higgs leads a research group on psychobiological as well as social influences on appetite and eating. She is also editor of the journal, Appetite. Her presentation is part of the CENS Conferences series, jointly organised by the Centre for European Nutrition and Health (CENS) and the Paul Bocuse Research Centre. The lecture will take place on Monday 12 May 2014 at the Centre de Recherche de l’Institut Paul Bocuse,  Ecully, France.
