As part of European SME Week – an EU campaign to promote enterprise across Europe in line with the Small Business Act for Europe – the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce alongside European Enterprise Network Midlands and UK Trade and Investment will host a seminar entitled “how to communicate effectively & win more business in Europe” in Birmingham.

This seminar provides attendees with the opportunity to recognise cultural differences, learn effectively from the different people and situations you encounter and build productive inter-cultural relationships. Attendees will learn how to manage their own approach appropriately, create strategies and tactics to support relationships in different cultures and approach business overseas with greater skill and confidence. This is an event for established exporters to Europe, those preparing for international work and those looking to begin exporting to Europe.
