The Association of Jamaican Nationals (Birmingham) UK is organising a service of praise and thanksgiving to mark the 52nd anniversary of Jamaican independence and to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First World War. The programme includes choral and dance performances as well as poetry readings. The High Commissioner of Jamaica will also be in attendance.
